We, a MNC Insurance/Broking company, are looking for a Web Application Developer (1 year contract position) to join an existing development team in delivering internal web-based applications. This exciting opportunity would you to strengthen and enhance your technical skills. Responsible for : • Develop new or enhance existing regional web applications modules which adhere to published standards for coding and design to solve business problems as outlined in the functional specifications. • Write technical design document for modules to be developed and make modification to reflect any technical modifications made during the coding and testing process. • Work with project managers, business analysts, and application architect. • Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved. • Support QA and testing teams in their testing efforts. • Perform other related projects and duties as assigned. Technical requirements : • At least 5 years Web Application Development experience using Microsoft technologies and minimum 3 years of using ASP.NET. • 3 or more projects involved in full SDLC. • 3 or more projects involved in Object Oriented Application development. • Understanding/Experience of Web Standard and Cross-browsing. • Strong web development experience using ASP.NET/C# with .NET 2 technologies. • Understanding/Experience of MVC pattern is added advantage. • Expertise in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003, 2005 or 2008 , Team System is added advantage. • Exposure to Enterprise Architect is an added advantage. • Experience on Crystal Report is plus. • Expertise in Design Patterns is plus. • Database administration skill (Oracle) is plus. Development Environment you will have: • Continuous Integration System. (CruiseControl.NET) • Source Control Management System. (Subversion) • Issue Tracking System (JIRA) • IDE (Visual Studio 2008) • Wiki • Unit Testing (NUnit) • UI Testing (Selenium) General requirements: • Bachelor degree in Computer or equivalent. • Ability to work with other team members including application architect closely to learn and extend their own skills. • Good documentation skill on functional and design specification. • Experience in the insurance industry is plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good written/spoken English communication skill is plus 지원을 원하시는 개발자분들께서는 2010년 5월 2일까지 다음의 서류를 julian.park@marsh.com으로 보내주시면 검토후 연락드리도록 하겠습니다.
